Livelihood and Microfinance
• Constructed 10 decent houses for vulnerable families in Samfya District • Installed hammer mill in Chipako , Ninge and Chishi Island villages generating income and reducing travel distance for milling services • Support livelihood programs and project sustainability with a super fiber boat and engine in Chishi island villages • Provided microloans to 906 households resulting in improved household income.
Agricultural Development
• Trained over 1000 farmers in mixed farming techniques and livestock development. • Supported 1000 households with vegetables seed and Hope packs for backyards gardens. • Empowered 5 churches with treadle pumps for vulnerable
